'Please Kholo': Shah Rukh Khan Teases Deepika Padukone At An Award Show; Priyanka Chopra’s Reaction Is Unmissable- Watch THROWBACK Video
An old video of from an award show is currently going viral where Shah Rukh Khan cracked a double meaning joke leaving everyone in splits
Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone have known each other for more than 15 years now. Ever since her debut with Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om, she has always been vocal about her friendship with the older actor. Now an old video of their fun banter from the 2013 Filmfare Awards has gone viral, which gives the netizens a glimpse of their fun relationship.
It all happened when SRK was hosting the show with Saif Ali Khan. They had called Deepika and Priyanka Chopra on stage to announce the Best Debut Actor Male award. The video starts by Deepika stating that Priyanka was excited to announce the awards as she has been practising how to say it backstage. The 57-year-old actor goes on to tease Deepika, by saying, “Please, Deepika kholo.” The actresses and rest of the audience burst out in fits of laughter at his attempt of cracking a double meaning joke. He goes on to retort, “"Dirty, Sick people. While the clip ends there, the award was won by Ayushmann Khurrana for his performance in Vicky Donor. He beat Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan who had made their Bollywood debuts the same year, with Ishaqzaade and Student Of The Year.
Deepika and Shah Rukh were last seen together on-screen in Pathaan. The action spy thriller marked the start of Yash Raj Films’ productions’ spy universe which consists of Salman Khan’s Tiger, Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. While SRK will be doing a cameo in Tiger 3, it is being speculated that the makers have started working on Tiger vs Pathaan.
